Why Are We Different

My name is Bruce Jordan, and like many residential and academy programs out there, I was in need of finding quality employees to fill much-needed positions at our residential facility. I spent a lot of time and money on websites like Indeed to find potential candidates to fill the positions I had open at our children’s home. I researched other websites and resources to find qualified candidates. What I found was many of them were overpriced and limited on the options I needed to add to our job posting. Due to this, I set out to make a better job listing tool/website that would be FREE for facilities like ours to use.

My background is in website design and advertising (For the past 20 years), so I already had the knowledge and resources available to get this done. I started building out the new Job Listing website a year ago. We spent time testing it, adding more features, and working on ways to make it more user user-friendly. HouseParentingJobs.com is now live!
